Day 01

Air Port to Negombo

Arrival ,Welcome by a representative of Lanka Ceylon Travel and transfer  to hotel in Negombo. Relax undertake city tower of Negombo including a fishing village Old Dutch fortress  from 1678 converted to prison the Hamilton cannel which was built by Dutch for the transportation of cinnamon  and naturally the Negobo fish market.

Over night stay in Negombo.

 

Day 02

Negombo > Anuradhapura

After B/F leave to Anuradhapura.Vist many historical palces of Anuradhapura. There are Isurumuniya / Sri Maha Bodhi tree /Ruwan weli saya /Lowamahapaya / Samadhi statue

Over night stay at Anuradhapura.

Day 03

Anuradhapura > Habarana > Sigiriya

After B/F leave to Sigiriya.Lunch with the village safari.After lunch Minneriya national park jeep safari. Evening relax with Auruvedic treatment.

Overnight Stay in Sigiriya.

Day 04

Sigiriya > Polonnaruwa > Sigiriya

After B/F leave to Polonnaruwa.After lunch visit Art and Craft wood carving factory.In the afternoon visit Pidurangala rock.

Sigiriya

Sigiriya or Sinhagiri is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres high.

Polonnaruwa

Polonnaruwa is the main town of Polonnaruwa District in North Central Province, Sri Lanka. Kaduruwela area is the Polonnaruwa New Town and the other part of Polonnaruwa remains as the royal ancient city of the Kingdom of Polonnaruwa.

Delve deep into Sri Lanka’s Kaudulla National Park to see some of the world’s largest gatherings of wild Asian elephants on this half-day private safari from the Habarana area.

Day 05

Sigiriya > Dambulla > Kandy

Dambulla cave temple also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla is a World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka, situated in the central part of the country.

Day 06

Kandy > Nuwara Eliya> Ella

After B/F leave to Ella via Nuwara Eliya. On the ruth visit tea factory and Nanu Oya Train Station - Train ride to Ella (2 hrs time).

*The ride between Nanu Oya and Ella takes about 2 hours and is as beautiful. You’ll see tea pickers at work in the tea plantations and you’ll feel the urge to wave back to the school kids waiting for the train to pass by to cross the way over the rail tracks.

Day 07

Ella / Mini Adam's Peak / Ella

After breakfast leave to Mini Adam's Peak. one the ruth visit 9 arch bridge. After lunch with Cookery class.

Day 8

Ella > Buduruwagala > Mirissa

After B/F leav to Mirissa on the ruth visit Rawana Water Falls and Buduruwagala. *Buduruwagala is an ancient buddhist temple in Sri Lanka. The complex consists of seven statues and belongs to the Mahayana school of thought. The statues date back to the 10th century. The gigantic Buddha statue still bears traces of its original stuccoed robe and a long streak of orange suggests it was once brightly painted. The central of the three figures to the Buddha's right is thought to be the Buddhist mythological figure-the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. To the left of this white painted figure is a female figure in the thrice-bent posture, which is thought to be his consort-Tara.

Day 9 / 10

Mirissa / Hikkaduwa

Early morning leave to see Blue whales.After whale watching leave to Hikkaduwa. on the ruth visit Galle Fort.

Over Night Stay in Hikkaduwa.

 

Day 10

Hikkaduwa > Balapitiya > Hikkaduwa

After B/F leave to Metiagoda to see Moonston mine. After lunch Madu River boat safari. After visit Turtle farm.

Over Night stay in Hikkaduwa.

Hikkaduwa > Air Port
